In Fort Worth, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across Texas vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.

The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. Typical hours are 8 am–6 pm. It is closed on Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. Fort Worth is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Fort Worth is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Got an oil change a week ago and started smelling oil in my tuck. Today went to start my truck and it is non existent. Called my insurance company thinking it was the battery and low and behold, they left the top off of my engine and all the oil bubbled out of it and now I have even bigger issues. Called to tell them what happend and all he could say was bring the car here and we will check it to see what's wrong. I already told you what was wrong and now you want me to spend 300 to tow my truck to you all for a screw up that screwed up my entire engine and now im carless!! Been here b4 but will NOT EVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN! I WILL SEE YALL IN COURT!

Owner Mike is disrespectful. He cussed out an AutoZone employee for a mistake on his end. And even if it was a mistake on AutoZone. It is not a worker’s fault. You’re not going to talk to people like that. Imagine how you would feel if someone spoke to one of your employees in this manner. I don’t know anything about the quality of work, but I would look somewhere else just based off the quality of person Mike is.

Mike has fixed two of my vehicles. On the second one he said he would call us the next day to tell us the diagnosis and fix it that same day. Well Mike called before I even made it home from the shop and told me what the issue is and how much it would cost. Very honest and reasonable pricing with quality service is hard to find, except here

The servicer replaced my tire said it would be $200 for the tire also did my state inspection for $20. I paid and left didn’t bother checking the receipt till I made a stop. Saw I was charged $250 don’t know where the extra $30 was charged for be very careful coming here, would have gladly gave the extra $30 if they told me it was for labor or a tip… but nothing was said about the extra $30. πŸ‘ŽπŸ½
